Cryosave I
Description
CRYOSAVE I were developed for the cryopreservation of stem cells and a wide variety of cell types and established cell lines. CRYOSAVE is a proprietary formulation, containing DMEM/F12 supplemented with 5% DMSO and HSA (Human serum albumin). It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.
The products are for in vitro use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Usages
Cryopreservation cells, stem cells at -86oC or liquid nitrogen. The product has been evaluated for cryopreservation efficiency, which shows that the survival rate of post-thawed cells is higher than 85% for mesenchymal stem cells, mononuclear cells and fibroblasts.
