DEATACHMENT were developed for dissociating attachment-dependent cell lines in both serum-containing and serum-free conditions, and can be directly substituted for trypsin/EDTA without protocol changes. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.
Usages
Separate adhering cells from feeding surface. The solution evaluated on mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, keratinocytes, neural stem cells, MCF-7 and HepG2 cancer cells that showed good effect of separating adhesion cells into single cell.
