Designed to reduce shock/stress due to sudden decrease of osmolarity, Thawbest is recommended for thawing all types of cryopreserved cells while preserving high cell viability. It should be used for 2:1 ratio, meaning 2 volumes of Thawbest to 1 volume of cell suspension.
AfterFreeze is an off-the-shelf solution used for thawing cryopreservation mesenchymal stem cell while preserving higher viability of the cells compared to physiological saline solution. AfterFreeze contains all components that are approved by USP standards and GMP-WHO guidelines.
