ExoCryosave OTS is used for freezing and storing exosomes and meets the standards for use in humans. It is supplied  in a 2X format and contains human serum albumin, which meets USP standards, and trehalose.

Usages

ExoCryosave OTS is well suited for the production of off-the-shelf stem cell medicine. The product has been assessed for its effectiveness in cryopreservation – of mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue and human umbilical cord – for good cryopreservation efficiency with a high percentage of viable cells after defrosting.

Cryosave I

Cryosave I is supplied in a 1X format for the cryopreservation of cells and mesenchymal stem cells. It contains 10X DMSO and does not use any animal-derived components. The product also contains phenol red.

Cryosave II

Crosave II is supplied in a 1X format for the cryopreservation of cells and mesenchymal stem cells. It contains 5% DMSO and is manufactured with a special formula that includes all components that meet USP standards.

ThawBest

Thawbest is a new solution to improve the cell viability during thawing process. Thawbest helps the reduction of shock/stress during the thawing by gradual decrease of osmolarity.

Thawbest is suitable for all kinds of cell cryopreservation media. It should be used with ratio 2:1 (2 vol of Thawbest : 1 vol of cell suspension).

 

AfterFreeze

Afterfreeze is a solution used to thaw off-the-shelf mesenchymal stem cells after freezing to increase the percentage of living cells compared to physiological saline. AfterFreeze is manufactured with ingredients that meet USP standards, according to the guidelines of GMP-WHO.

Usages

Using in the process of defrosting frozen cells. The product was evaluated on mesenchymal stem cells from human adipose tissue and umbilical cord.
