Deep-Wash Buffer shows efficaciuos ability to enhance cell proliferation due to the removal of contact inhibition cell-to-cell signals in monolayer culture.
Deep-Wash Buffer also shows significant reduction of cell senescence after washing and before adding culture medium compared to using PBS or without washing.
