The products were tested with high efficacy for adipose tissues and umbilical cord tissues to collect single cells.

To increase the extraction efficacy, this product uses the combitorial mechanisms of enzymes and machenic forces to break up the solid tissues to single cells.

The enzyme cocktails are specially desinged with high-puried collagenase with dispase.

 

MSCCult I

MSCCult I was developed for culturing of mesenchymal stem cells (from adipose, umbilical cord, bone marrow). MSCCult I do not contain antibiotic and antimycotic. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Enrichment of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, bone marrow tissue for research or production. The medium has been assessed to have a good proliferation effect on mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue and bone marrow tissue.

MSC EZ Cult

MSCEZCult is a specialized medium for umbilical cord blood or bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell expansion.

Different from MSCEZCult Primary, MSCEZCult is not added by GelFix reagent.

MSCEZCult is a serum-free medium. Therefore you do not use trypsin/EDTA during the subculturing process. Deattachment Reagent is recommended instead of trypsin/EDTA.

The medium is added L-glutamine, phenol red, without antibiotic-mycotic, without animal serum. This product contains GMP grade human serum albumin, epidermal growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factors.

MNC Extraction Kit

MNC Extraction Kit is a kit containing chemicals to isolate mononuclear cells from umbilical cord blood as well as bone marrow.

The products are designed with some solutions to dilute blood, separate mononuclear cells, remove the debris and washing MNCs. The principle of isolation bases on the gradient centrifugation using the Ficoll 1.077.

The products are validated in human bone marrow, and human umbilical cord blood.

ADSCCult I Primary

This is a specialized environment designed for primary culture of adipose derived stem cells from human or animal. The environment does not contain animal serum, is supplemented with antibiotics and antifungal agents, enhances the adhesion factor to help cells easily stick on the surface of the culture equipment. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Cultivation of adipose derived stem cells proliferation for research or production. The medium has been shown to have a good proliferation effect on adipose derived stem cells from human and mouse.

MNC Extraction Easy Kit

MNC Extraction Easy Kit is a kit used to isolate the mononuclear cells (MNCs) from the blood. This kit is desiged with new advances in the isolation method that uses the gel in the tube. With this technology, the procedure for MNC isolation is so simple, high efficacy and reproducible.

The porous gel is put in the separation tubes that can separate the MNCs with immune cells and red blood cells. With the gel, all manipulations are simple.

The kits were tested with bone marrow and umbilical cord blood.

MSCCult I Primary

MSCCult I Primary is the mesenchymal stem cell culture medium that is optimized for culturing the primary cells isolated from adipose tissue, umbilical cord, bone marrow...

By the MSCCult technology, MSCCult I Primary is enhanced with antibiotic-mycotic to reduce and destroy the bacteria or fungi in the primary samples. Moreover, the MSCCult I Primary also enhanced with some proteins that trigger the adherence of primary cells on the vessel surface.

MSCCult I Primary is tested to culture MNCs isolated from bone marrow, stromal vascular fraction from adipose tissue and umbilical cord tissue.

ADSCCult I

ADSCCult I medium is a specialized medium for adipose derived stem cell culture and expansion. It bases on DMEM/F12 medium that is customized for adipose derived stem cells.

ADSCCult I medium is animal proteins free medium, without fetal bovine serum, without antibiotic-mycotic.

To stilumate the adherence and expansion of ADSCs on vessel surface, ADSCCult I medium is supplemented with platelet rich plasma (GMP grade).

The product is tested on human, rat, murine derived adipose tissue.

The product is suitable for flask culture, and scale-up in bioreactors.

MSC EZ Cult Primary

MSC EZ Cult is the novel technology for umbilical cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cell isolation.

Umbilical cord blood (UCB) is a rich source of stem cells; nonetheless, isolation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from UCB presents technical challenges. Using the novel technology (GelFix*) we can help you isolate MSCs from UCBs easily by few steps.

Firstly, Mononuclear cells (MNCs) should be enriched from umbilical cord blood using MNC Extraction Kit or other commercial kit.

MNCs then are washed twice with Washing Buffer or Phosphate buffer saline before MNCs pellet is re-suspended in MSC EZ Cult Primary.

The cell suspension is plated in the T-75 flask, and incubated in the 5% CO2, 370C for 5 days. After 5 days, the medium is removed and added 10 mL of fresh MSC EZ Cult Primary to T-75 flask. After 5 days, the colonies of MSCs can be observed using the inverted miscroscope. After 12-15 days of incubation, the MSCs can be subcultured and expanded in MSC EZ Cult or MSCCult I.

*GelFix: the MSC EZ Cult medium is gelated after incubated at 370C for 24hrs. The cells need 4-8 hrs to attach on flask surface. After that, gel formation will fix the cells in the flask.

 

Cell Extraction EZ Kit

Cell Extraction EZ kit is a new technology to dissociate solid tissues or tumors into single cells. Different to Cell Extraction Kit, in Cell Extraction EZ kit, enzymes (collagenase and dispase) are coated in the extractor.

By this improvement, the Cell Extraction EZ kit is easy to use, easy to ship.

This kit is tested in adipose tissue, umbilical cord, breast tumor, placenta.

Deattachment

DEATACHMENT were developed for dissociating attachment-dependent cell lines in both serum-containing and serum-free conditions, and can be directly substituted for trypsin/EDTA without protocol changes. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Usages

Separate adhering cells from feeding surface. The solution evaluated on mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, keratinocytes, neural stem cells, MCF-7 and HepG2 cancer cells that showed good effect of separating adhesion cells into single cell.

MSCCult MV

Washing Buffer

Washing buffer is a buffer solution commonly used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. We offer a variety of Washing buffer for a range of cell culture applications. Washing buffer are available as Medium (Ready-to-use).

Transferring Medium

Transferring Medium is a medium designed to keep the biological samples during the shipping. To maintain the cell viability, the transferring medium is enhanced by HEPES buffer to maintain the pH, nutrients, and antibiotic-mycotic to inhibit the growth of bacteria if any and fungi if any.

This product contains all essential vitamines, amino acids, glucose, pyruvate acid that can help cells or tissues can survive to 48hrs during the shipping at RT or 2-8 oC.

Transferring buffer is a solution used to preserve tissue / samples during transport from the place of collection (hospital) to the laboratory / factory of cell products. The solution is manufactured from materials that meet USP standards, according to GMP-WHO guidelines.

Usages

Transferring buffer is used to preserve tissues such as adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, skin tissue, etc. during long-distance transport. The solution enhances cell viability in tissue over long periods of time.

 

MSCCult I Basal Medium

MSCCult I Basal Medium is the basal medium of MSCCult I. It can be used when added with MSCCult I Supplement or add 10-15 ?S.

MSCCult I Basala Medium is developed based on the DMEM/F12 formulation with some modifications to reduce ROS, increase the stability.

MSCCult I Supplement 20X

MSCCult I Supplement 20X is the supplement for MSCCult I Basal Medium. After adding MSCCult I Supplement into MSCCult I Basal Medium, we have the completed medium MSCCult I.

MSCCult I Supplement 20X is animal free proteins. It contains human recombinant proteins and platelet lysates (GMP grade).

MSCCult I Kit

MSCCult I Kit is a set of 2 components:

When the MSCCult I supplement is added into MSCCult I Basal Medium, it makes the completed medium MSCCult I.

Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS)

Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS) is a popular saline in the cell culture. It widely is used to wash cells, tissues during the cells or stem cell processing.

PBS is designed with formulation Ca and Mg free, sterile (autoclave) and ready-to-use.

Deep-Wash Buffer

Deep-Wash Buffer is buffer to wash the adherent cells during monolayer culture. Different to PBS or Washing Buffer, Deep-Wash is enhanced with some enzymes included protease and DNAse that clearly wash proteins as well as other debrises attached in the cell surfaces.

Deep-Wash Buffer is assessed as effiecient method to enhance the cell proliferation because of removal of contact inhibition signals between cells and cells in the monolayer culture.

Using Deep-Wash Buffer to wash cells before adding fresh medium shows significant reduction of cell senescence compared to using PBS or without washing.

 

Cryosave

CRYOSAVE were developed for the cryopreservation of stem cells and a wide variety of cell types and established cell lines. CRYOSAVE  is a proprietary formulation, containing DMEM/F12 supplemented with 10% DMSO and other essential ingredients to increase cell survival after thawing. CRYOSAVE is animal proteins-free medium. It is ready-to-use and complete with no additives required.

Usages

Cryopreservation cells, stem cells at -86oC or liquid nitrogen. The product has been evaluated for cryopreservation efficiency, which shows that the survival rate of post-thawed cells is higher than 85% for mesenchymal stem cells, mononuclear cells and fibroblasts.

ThawBest

Thawbest is a new solution to improve the cell viability during thawing process. Thawbest helps the reduction of shock/stress during the thawing by gradual decrease of osmolarity.

Thawbest is suitable for all kinds of cell cryopreservation media. It should be used with ratio 2:1 (2 vol of Thawbest : 1 vol of cell suspension).

 

AfterFreeze

Afterfreeze is a solution used to thaw off-the-shelf mesenchymal stem cells after freezing to increase the percentage of living cells compared to physiological saline. AfterFreeze is manufactured with ingredients that meet USP standards, according to the guidelines of GMP-WHO.
